The Bill (Reg.№3411) envisages broadening of the goods that are not subjects of the copyright, in particular statutes, programs and other document of incorporation of political parties, public communities, other juridical persons and also theI projects and acts´ projects as well as other state and local self-governing bodies´ official documents
